Coronavirus (Covid19) presents us all with an unprecedented challenge and thus as a responsible organization we are taking the following measures in order to minimize the risk of infection.
Work from Home: All our back-end operations and customer support department has been shifted to respective homes of the employees. Social distancing is being practiced.
Orientation and training session on Covid 19: Two orientation sessions have been conducted so far in order to inform the skilled partners regarding the current pandemic and the safety measures they should adhere. The orientation sessions will continue with the remaining partners as well.
Distribution of safety equipment: The safety of our valued customers and our skilled partners remains the highest concern at the moment. The company has decided to provide masks, safety googles, gloves and sanitizer to the team we will deploy during this period.
Separate team for this period: A separate team has been formulated to be deployed only for emergency services till further notice.
Service: All scheduled visits has been suspended. We will prioritise customers in greatest need of support, especially those who currently depend on us which is our AMC clients. Emergency on call AMC services will be provided.
In this time of uncertainty, we would like to request everyone to take proper preventive measures and not to panic. We would also like to request our valued customers to only call us if it is an emergency situation which cannot wait until 3rd April 2020. It is not that we don't want to provide our services, we remain open for that, but safety of the members is the utmost priority.
